    I just purchased the Enfold theme and am not able to install it in WordPress.
    I get the following message:
    “The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.”

    I also tried a different Browser – it didn’t work either.
    I also uploaded a different theme and it worked without problem.
    Any suggestions?

    Hey Carpediem111,
    If you open the zip file you downloaded do you see folders such as Documentation, PSD, images, license, enfold.zip?
    Try extracting enfold.zip and installing that one.

    Hi Mike,

    thanks for your answer, I tried to install
    enfold.zip
    But the same result – it does not work – “website can’t be reached.”
    I don’t think it’s my MAC because with the other theme installation is no problem.
    What can I do.
    Any more ideas?

    Hi,
    Are you installing on a webhost or localhost?
    If webhost can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.
    Can you also link to your enfold.zip with Dropbox or Google Drive?

    Hi Mike,
    I am on webhost. I uploaded the theme to Google Drive and my host company installed it for me. Thank you very much for your help.
