Hi,
I tried to apply the update via the wordpress admin update function. It completed and said it was applied successfully. But when I browsed the site, the following error displayed.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function avia_header_class() in /home/content/a2pewpnas01_data03/88/4001788/html/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/header.php on line 12
Then I restored from yesterday and the header comes up but on some of the pages the body does not come up. Home page body doesn’t come up but some of the pages come up fully.
Any suggestion on how to get the update working?
Hey Lakewind,
Thanks for the links and login details. It will be difficult to help you out if we can’t see the actual error though, maybe you could copy your site to a staging environment and do the update there first so that we can see the problem?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
I’ve refreshed the staging site with latest version and attempted the theme upgrade. Site works fine in production. But broken after update applied in staging. Thanks in advance for your help. Staging info provided below.
Hi,
You can check if there`s any plugin conflict disabling all of them.

Hi, I’ve disabled all plugins on the staging site. The only difference between live and staging is that staging has had the theme update attempted. Getting a general 500 error… page can’t load … on any page I try to bring up. Appreciate the help! See debug log below.
Hi Lakewind,
Which version of php are you running? This is the error from the log. Can you check if you have the file wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/generic-helper.class.php and if it has the method av_mobile_sizes() ?
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
Victoria
