Hi,
I try adding
<?php add_theme_support( 'add_avia_builder_post_type_option' ); ?>
and now courses (and all custom posts type) display in Masonry options. After selecting courses, saving and view the page, masonry display nothing. Does not work with any custom post neither. Only display standar posts when selected.I deselect all categories and no changes. Empty block as a result.
Please help.

Thanks for attending my issue. I’m sending private access data as your requested.
You will see empty Masonry after “CURSOS DISPONIBLES” in Home page.

Deryck.August 7, 2017 at 6:12 am #835214Hi,
Thanks for that, though when I try to view the page in question I get a server 404 error, not a WordPress 404 page. Not sure why that would be?

Please try again. I regenerated the permalinks and works fine.

August 9, 2017 at 4:18 pm #836468Hi Rikard. Did you check finally what’s happening? Thanks.
August 11, 2017 at 5:12 pm #837533Hi Rikard, I’m still waiting for a reply. How it’s possible I have to wait so much. I’m paying for a limited time support and the only one who is losing time here is me. Very bad support, really. Please let me know. I have a client waiting for the solution.
Regards.
Deryck.August 12, 2017 at 10:24 am #837811Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold. Please apologize the late respones due to summer holidays.
You need not worry about your support time. Currently we do not check the expiration date.
I had a look at your site.
There seems to ne something wrong with the installation, because I’m missing the “Portfolio Items” in you dashboard (and also in the selectbox of the masonry element).
And in the selectbox “Qué entradas?” are only categories. There should be the taxonomies that are the base for the posttypes (you need to select the corresponding taxonomie for the selected posttypes in Selecciona tipo de Post)
I would suggest you make a new clean installation.
Let us know, if this helped you.

GünterAugust 13, 2017 at 7:55 pm #838314Hi, Günter.
Thanks for finally answering my request. I disabled Portfolio, that’s why you don’t see in Admin Menu. I enabled it back and did not work either. It’s a clean installation with LearnDash installed and Portfolio disabled. The error continues :/
Please let me know.
Regards.
Deryck.August 14, 2017 at 11:14 am #838554Hi,
Thank you for coming back.
As far as I see there is a problem with the plugin, because there are no taxonomies defined (only the default WP category, other default WP taxonomies like Post Tag, Post Format, Topic Tag are also missing) – see dropdown Qué entradas?.
Normally each custom post type needs taxonomies (in dropdown) and terms(in the multiselect below).
The query of this element is based on taxonomies and terms and the post type is an additional filter for the result.
In your case you cannot select any taxonomies and terms because they are missing.

GünterAugust 14, 2017 at 2:17 pm #838652Hi Günter,
I solved it based on your last comment. It’s, not a website issue, it’s a way of work of the theme. There’s no change to show a custom post if the post has no taxonomies. I think this should not happen because the VC should detect if there is no taxonomy or category selected and remove from the query. Anyway, I created a taxonomy, set all courses to the same taxonomy. Select in VC dialog box and voilá works.
I think you should check that because it’s not a good behavior. Anyway, doing this works!
Best regards,
