Hi
If you go to my website here: https://silviafindings.com/ and items and proceed to the checkout page, my Terms of Reference page displays between the PayPal notice and the pay button. Customers are reporting this issue so it’s critical I get this fixed.
On my staging area: https://silviafindings.staging.wpengine.com/ I have deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and the problem still exists. Once I activate the default theme instead of my Enfold Child Theme, the problem goes away.
Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible because it’s very confusing during checkout and it’s embarrassing.
Thank you
LyseAugust 1, 2017 at 7:20 am #832634Hey tremblayly,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.woocommerce-checkout #av_section_1 { display:none !important; }
Best regards,
RikardAugust 1, 2017 at 4:11 pm #832943Hi Rikard,
That go rid of the Terms of Reference page, but I still have two MailChimp for WordPress forms displayed.

August 1, 2017 at 4:11 pm #832944…why is this happening all of sudden?
August 2, 2017 at 7:41 pm #833606Hi Rikard,
I added section_2 to the css code:
.woocommerce-checkout #av_section_1, .woocommerce-checkout #av_section_2 {
display:none !important;
}
and that also got rid of the form. However I still get all of the lines displayed, so it looks very unprofessional. How do I fix the remaining display issues?Thanks
LyseAugust 5, 2017 at 11:21 pm #834901Hi,
Try this:.woocommerce-checkout #av_section_1, .woocommerce-checkout #av_section_2, .woocommerce-checkout #after_section_2 div.container {display:none !important;}
Best regards,
MikeAugust 6, 2017 at 12:17 am #834911Hi Mike,
Your suggested CSS did not resolve the lines showing up and the pay button now longer shows. So I reverted back to what I have before.
Thanks
LyseAugust 11, 2017 at 6:42 pm #837591Hi,
.woocommerce-checkout #av_section_1, .woocommerce-checkout #av_section_2, .woocommerce-checkout #after_section_2 div.container { border:none !important; }
Can you try that and let me know if that works?
Best regards,
BasilisAugust 12, 2017 at 12:13 am #837683Hi Balisis,
That did not work. I still get all of the lines and duplicated content. Have a look.
Thanks
LyseAugust 14, 2017 at 11:35 am #838562Hi Lyse,
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
.woocommerce-checkout #after_section_1 .container, .woocommerce-checkout #after_section_1, .woocommerce-checkout #after_section_1 .content { padding: 0px; border: none; }
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaAugust 16, 2017 at 12:03 pm #839840Hi Guys….my checkout page suddenly looks a complete mess since 14th August. It is affecting my sales quite badly as people have to scroll to the bottom of the jumbled mess to find the button to process the payment. I am away on business currently and could do with an urgent fix.
This doesnt happen when the checkout is empty.
I have tried both of the suggested methods above…but with no success. However I am not a coding genius so may be missing the obvious. I have removed the alterations I made for the moment.
If you can apply the fix yourself please do so.
thanks
Julian

VictoriaAugust 22, 2017 at 4:09 pm #842631Hi Victoria,
We are getting closer. The CSS you provided got rid of all of the lines. Now I still have the payment button section that displays twice!
Thanks
LyseAugust 26, 2017 at 4:13 am #844265Hi,
The issue is caused by the color section in the “Terms” page. Please remove the suggested css codes and remove the color section from the “Terms” page. If possible, just use the default editor or refrain from using the color section in the “Terms” page.

IsmaelAugust 26, 2017 at 4:44 pm #844358Hi Ismael,
I tested your suggestion on my staging area and even though I removed all of the CSS in the general styling area that was added previously to try to fix this issue, there remains a display problem. I still get all of the lines, duplicated content, unwanted and duplicated forms.
The checkout page used to work without issues even when using the color section.Have a look for yourself here where I removed the top section on that page: https://silviafindings.staging.wpengine.com/checkout
Thanks
LyseAugust 28, 2017 at 6:23 am #844675Hi,
Odd. That solution resolved the issue for most users. Please post the login details here. We would like to check it.

Sorry about that
LyseSeptember 4, 2017 at 8:35 am #847565Hi,
The site looks broken and there are still color sections inside the “Terms” page. ( see private field )
We created a test page to test it but we can’t until the site is fixed. It looks broken.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 4, 2017 at 5:48 pm #847840Hi Ismael,
The site is back up now.
I have recreated my Terms page on my staging area and the checkout page displays correctly.
I recreated the Terms page on my live site and the checkout page does not display correctly.What is happening now?
Thank you for your patience.
