    I cannot see the text in the Text Block field and the menu buttons to edit text are not available.

    Thanks for the login details. I checked a text block on the page in private but I can’t see the issue there. On what page can we see the problem?

    Yes, from your view you’re not able to see what I see. How do I attach a picture so that I can show you what I’m experiencing? Specifically the Portfolio Items pages currently.

    As you see the Text Block

    Even though there is text in the box it appears to be blank as well as the Text Block Editing Menu is gone such as Bold, Italic, Font Size etc…..this is a huge problem. Whether you click on the Visual or Text tab you see nothing. It appears it has something to do with my user profile or view but when I go in and access others profiles, they too have the exact same options selected so I’ve ruled that out. But you as well as Blue host techs also are not able to see what I’m seeing. I’ve also had other team-members log in and they also cannot see text.

    Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    If that still does not help, please try logging in from the account you created for us and check if it works fine then.

    I cleared the cache and now there’s no overlay in Text Block and Element Preview which is a good sign. However, you’re still not able to see the text. I don’t know the user name and password to login as a support person. I’ve taken over the position from someone else who has moved on in the organization. Can you provide those credentials for me to test?

    No this one belongs to me. If I’m clearing the cache and it still isn’t working then what are our options. As I mentioned it did correct the text overlay between Text Block and Element Preview but that was it.

    Please create a new user in Users > Add New with Administrator role and try logging in with that profile and check if it works then. If it does, you can continue using it maybe?

    I’ve tried Incognito and I’ve tried logging in on a different computer with another users profile and this hasn’t worked.

    Since we cannot reproduce the issue i am trying to guess what else could it be. Can you try disabling your browser add-ons if you are using any or try using another browser?

    I’ve tried using google chrome Mozilla, IE and ME to no avail. I don’t have any browser add-ons that I’m aware of. Is this something you think Themeforest support should be able to fix thru our support contract?

    That was actually not necessary for the time being however we appreciate it!

    I noticed you have two Enfolds installed on your website, one is 4.1.1 and other one is 3.5.2. Please remove the older Version: 3.5.2 and then update 4.1.1 to the latest version 4.1.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
