    Hey seacole,

I’m not able to access your site unfortunately, what countries are allowed?

    Hi Rikard,
What country would I need my hosting provider to “turn on”?

    Hi,

Moderators are located all over the world, so it might be a good idea to turn that off temporarily. Otherwise I could tag your thread for moderators located in Europe and the US?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Please tag my thread for moderators located in the US! Thanks!

    Hi,

We did, they will check if that will take time – please do remember something you asked us to do.

Just checking in to see if any US moderators can review this issue on our website and can we get this resolved!? Thank you.

    Hi!

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme which is currently 4.1.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi,
I have taken a look and it seems you are using a custom plugin to create a custom post type for a custom search, called “Seacole Search”. You should try contacting the author of the plugin as supporting third party plugins is beyond the scope of support we can provide here. Sorry for that!

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,
Thanks for your help! https://www.dropbox.com/s/duhbaprlxahdm5o/Screenshot%202017-08-08%2012.06.13.png?dl=0 we are using the widgets that are available called Search and Tag Cloud- are these not part of the Enfold theme? Why do we get redirected to a page with Nothing Found when a tag link is click in the Tag Cloud?

    Hi,
The Seacole Search plugin maybe conflicting with the built in search, or it could be one of the other plugins. Often a plugin that seems to have nothing to do with the issue can be the cause. To rule this out, please try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    Best regards,
    Mike
