    Hi,

    i´ve just installed a new site with enfold theme (ver. 4.1) on WP 4.8, the PHP version is 7.1. The contact form does not work. On the website i looks well. I can see “send – message” but i don´t receive any mail out of WP.

    What can i do?

    Hey mas79,

    This could possibly point to a hosting server issue. Honestly I would look at things on the hosting end before looking to a theme issue.

    Hi Jordan,

    thank you for your replay.

    The contact form in the current installation of WP4.8 with an other theme (udesign) works fine!?! I´ve made a screenshot of the setting of the server (Link in PC).

    Hi,

    I see a connection to the mailserver failed error. Even if the other site is working it is still a good idea to rule out a server issue.

    i´ve contacted the server provider. They want to know witch email-address is used by the enfold theme as sender?
