We are having several issues with menus
    1. Our site on mobile is now missing the menu altogether since the upgrade to 4.1.2 except in the footer- no text, no hamburger.
    2. We’ve had an issue with the cart button showing on mobile since before this update even when nothing is in the cart.
    3. One user sent us photos of a really odd issue since the update – the whole menu shows above the page for him. I cannot duplicate but he can.
I will provide links to images, and log in credentials below and hope that you will be able to help!
    Thanks,
    Laura

    Hey Laura,

    1. The mobile menu is showing fine on my end using Chrome, did you try clearing your browser cache and reload the page? You could also try to open the page in an incognito browser using Chrome.

    2. I couldn’t see the cart button when checking, maybe clearing your browser cache will solve that too?

    3. I’m not sure if we can do much about a problem which is reproducible, could you ask the user what browser and so on that he/she is using? I couldn’t see anything like what your screenshots show on my end.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Rikard,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve cleared caches on Chrome across all devices. The mobile menu is still missing and the cart icon still there, even on Firefox mobile browser which I just installed to check this a few moments ago. I’ll attach a screenshot from Firefox mobile. It’s the same appearance as Chrome mobile.

As for the user with the Chrome browser, what’s odd is he is using the same version of Chrome desktop (on a mac) that I use, which is Version 59.0.3071.115.

Were you able to log in to wp admin on our site to see the settings?

With this additional info, what suggestions might you have for me to try?

    Thanks very much,
    Laura

Some additional info just sent by this user – I turned off all my Chrome extensions to make sure it wasn’t something like an ad blocker and I can continue to replicate. I’ve also gone in via Incognito mode to make sure it wasn’t caused by an authentication token or something. I’m still able to replicate in Chrome. Doesn’t happen in Safari.

    Hi,

Sorry but I can’t reproduce any of the errors you are having, it looks fine on my end. Please see private for screenshots.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
