Hey there! We have a client that we’ve tried multiple times to fix issue with her enfold copy. We’ve reinstalled, we’ve deleted plugins, we’ve disabled and cleared cache — can we get a tech to take a look? Attached is a screenshot and login credentials. We’ve never seen this issue before.

Thanks for the login details. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
