    Hello enfold Team :)

    One question about duplicate content:

    Crossposting

    Maybe a little offtopic:

I created in enfold a section for desktop and another one for mobil with different settings for better experience. Both have same content. Does google see this as duplicate content?

Somebody tells me, that this could be a “Markups” issue. I dont know what does he mean, i m a newbee to googles “guidelines”. do you know what Markups stand for? Sry for my english, i m from germany.

    best regards

    Hey staubi,

I’m not sure if it would be seen as duplicate content, but I don’t think so since it’s displayed for different screen sizes. That means it will never be duplicate for end users.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey Rikard,

I wonder if google see this as duplicate content. e.g. Both sections have H1. Does google see this as a bad structur or does the screen options work like kind of pseudomediaqueries?

    Hi,

I’m not sure to be honest, my SEO skills are not that advanced to be honest with you, and I think this is a pretty minor detail. Did you try asking the question on an SEO forum? Maybe someone in a place like that would have more experience with such matters.

If you ask me then it should not be a problem, I think web crawlers are smart enough to detect that your content is not duplicate for end users.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

@Staubi, we have a good (German) FB group for this, if you’d like to ask there your SEO issue:
