When I brought this theme I was running my own business as a developer . I am now working for the client and they wish to pay for the theme directly. As it is now due renewal I would like to now how to change ownership of the theme without any impact the site.

Theme license is provided and managed by Themeforest. Theme authors do not have access to license management I’m sorry to say that we can’t help you to transfer the license.
