I’m sure there is but there is nothing like that in the theme out of the box unfortunately. Did you try looking for a plugin to add that functionality for you?

Seems like it’s a circular carousel: http://www.jqueryscript.net/demo/3D-Rotating-Carousel-Plugin-with-jQuery-CSS3-Circular-Carousel/ with some tweaks, however I could not see anything in wordpress plugins close to it, you might try to look also on themeforest :)
