PredictWind embed on WP Enfold site

Hi.

I’m hoping you could help me out.
I would like to add (embed) the PredictWind Life Tracker to our site http://www.lennys-lap.com

I’ve got instructions from PredictWind, but I can’t work it out where to put the HTML and where the CSS… (i’m not a coder)

and then if this is done, where do I need to add our personalised tracking number?
