Hello,
I’ve tried to test my Mailchimp form on my site. You can find it in the link I sent below.
As you can see by filling out the details and hitting Subscribe, you get a message saying “please make sure that your fields are filled in correctly.” I’ve done some research in other issues on this forum but could not replicate any of the proposed solutions. From the Mailchimp side I’m using a general form. From the Enfold side I used an ALB element.I’ve tried different solutions, including hiding different elements. What I’ve found is that when I hide the drop down options it works.
Thank you for any suggestions,

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.1) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Thanks for the feedback. I get the same problem on my end, it seems to be the amount field which is causing the problem, is that the problem you are seeing as well?
Best regards,

The problem for me was any drop down menu. So in the case of my site, the last two fields. When I hid those last two fields (what brings you.., what model..), the form was successfully submitted for me. Is the amount field you mentioned related to the drop down option?

There is a note in the mailchimp signup element panel.
Please note:
You can only hide form fields that are not required
Currently only text and dropdown elements are supported properlyThe “date” field is NOT supported.

IsmaelJuly 24, 2017 at 11:03 pm #829255Hello,
I tried disabling the date field and there is still the same error. I am very certain the problem lies in the dropdown field. No other fields when hidden solved anything except hiding every dropdown option. Dropdown elements are not supported properly.
– Nick*Edit: I have set up some tests on the site right now to test which combination of fields is causing the problem. Turns out the only combination that is going through is when both the date and dropdown fields are hidden. (Test #4 on the site). My new thought process is that yes, “date” is not supported, however there is a bug with the dropdowns as well.
