    Hi,

    I have a contactform with a captcha. All seems to be working fine but when I try to send an e-mail I get an error? How can I fix this?

    This could possibly be a server configuration error. Are you using a hosting service or hosting it yourself?

    Hi,

    To rule out that it is not our form I would recommend that you try a different form plugin such as contact form 7 or ninja forms. If these also have errors, then it would be your best bet to contact the host.

    My Contact Form stopped working.
    I tried “Check email” plug-in, and that sent the email fine.
    I am running WP 4.8, with Enfold 4.1
    It seemed to stop end of June, no updates had been done, no changes made.
    Any suggestions?

    I traced it to WP-SpamShield Anti-Spam
    Any other reports of a conflict with the latest WP-SpamShield?
    Any suggestion on getting them to work together?

    Hi,

    I haven’t heard of any conflicts with that plugin, did you see any error messages in the console in your browser or in server logs? Our support for third party plugins is limited unfortunately, maybe you could try a different plugin which provides the same functionality?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info. It indeed was a problem on hosting level. My hosting company fixed it for me and now I receive e-mails without any problem. Thanks for your quick response!
