    Hi, I really love this theme so thank you very much, but I am running into some issues when I try to make my Product Pages follow the same layout as my Portfolio Pages using the advanced editor.

    I notice that when I use the editor on Product Pages the header no longer shrinks and the Image Gallery does not animate on hover nor have the thumbs below and it doesn’t actually work, it opens in a light box but the other images are not there to scroll through..

    Please advise and thanks for any help and advice you can offer :)

    Thanks so much for your prompt reply :)

    Once logged in please go to the following Portfolio Page:

    On this page everything is working fine and I’m trying my best to get the Product Pages looking the same.

    The following Product Page is the Page I was saying isn’t working properly:
    https://thetimbershack.com/product/30mm-white-washed-picture-frame-copy/
    On this page the header does not shrink, there is no animation on hover of the pic, also no thumbnails and the light box doesn’t function as expected.

    Please let me know if the user I have set up is ok or if I need to change it to an admin.

    Hi pameladavid,

    There is an error in product gallery plugin for WooCommerce. Try to disable plugin and check the page again.

    Hi Victoria,

    By disable plugin do you mean disable WooCommerce? Or remove the product gallery?

    Following your suggestion I deactivated the Product Gallery Slider for Woocommerce plugin and this has solved my problem.
