First of all, thank you for using Enfold. We’d love to help you out!
You can add CSS code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file.
As for what CSS code to use, you can check our documentation for changing menu colors here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-the-main-menu-color/
If there’s something else you would like to change, and you need help with the code, please let us know the specifics so we can give you accurate assistance. A link to your website would be helpful as well.
