Hi there! Hoping you can help with an issue we were seeing on our site while updating plugins. We ended up rolling back to previous versions and doing more testing on a development site to recreate this problem.
I’m using the woocommerce feature to hide out of stock items and I’m also using the woocommerce product sorting feature so we can control how products appear in enfold’s product grid. Since updating our plugins on the 2nd to last page (so Page 2 out of the 3 total pages)… the last row in the product grid is not complete even though there is a third page of products. I have it so 5 rows of 4 products show up for a total of 20 products on each page.
What I’m seeing for the 40 In Stock Products in the dress Category:
Page 1 : 20 Products
Page 2: 17 Products
Page 3: 3 ProductsThis Dress page should actually have only two pages, 20 on page 1 and 20 on page 2.
I had a feeling that the out of stock and/or draft products may be interfering with the product grid. To test this, I trashed any draft or out of stock items from the store. This ended up fixing the 2nd page and the product grid was correct.
I went to my next category, saw the same issue with the product grid. This time I went into the Sort feature under Products and found the last product showing on the ‘broken’ page. Right under that product, was three out of stock products. I trashed the first one and the product grid was fixed.
Could you test on your side to see if this might be an enfold glitch? We aren’t able to trash all of our out of stock products so I’m hoping there is a better way around this! Thanks for your support and help!

VictoriaJuly 7, 2017 at 3:47 pm #817896Thanks Victoria! Will this fix not come out until the next release or could it be sooner than that? Just trying to plan our launch schedule to match up with a solution to the product grid. Thanks again for the help in reporting this to the developers!

The next release is very soon, but it’s not very likely that the fix for this issue will be in it, unfortunately. I will check again with our developers.
Best regards,
Victoria -
