Hi,
I have a site running Enfold 4.07 on PHP 7 on WordPress 4.8.
A number of issues arose when I upgraded to WP 4.8 or updated Woocommerce – not sure which.
After many hours I tracked it down by stripping back everything on site and re-installing Enfold etc.If you install Enfold (with zero mods, no customer css etc) with the Testimonials Rotator (Hal Gatewood) and WooCommerce then the Rotator stops working on the site main/front page.
It is ok on all other site pages. Site is http://www.destinydreamz.comHow do I determine what the source of the problem is?

I am not seeing the rotator at all on the front page. Is it not displaying at all?
Best regards,

that is correct. It has stopped working on front page only. Works on all other pages. If I disable WooCommerce it starts working on front page. Something in Woocommerce interacts with something on Enfold front page and kills Rotator.
If you create a new site and just install these the items – you can reproduce,Pat
July 6, 2017 at 12:28 am #816951Hi,
Where on your homepage should the testimonials be? Between which sections?

bottom right – “Client Reviews” is it’s heading – you can see it on other pages.
I have added it under Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer – column3 (testimonials rotator)
thanks

July 6, 2017 at 1:49 am #816977Hi,
Try removing all javascript that may be running on the homepage only. The header slider for example.

I appreciate your instructions but I am looking for official product support to debug this for me.
My license includes 6 months “support”.
Are you repre4senting product development and support for Kriesi?
Everything on the page is implemented using the Enfold functions so it should be easy for the company to replicate this bug/env and identify the source a fix.
thanks
PatJuly 6, 2017 at 4:03 pm #817313Hi,
Provide admin info in the private section and I will login and take a look. If this is determined to be a bug, I can’t promise an immediate solution as it will have to be reported to the development team.

I will set up a mirror test site in a few days.

I looked into this. I thought the testimonial element was ours initially. Have you attempted to contact the Testimonials Rotator developers for additional insight on this issue? Specifically, with its WooCommerce interaction?
Best regards,
