i am trying to put an image that covers the complete space of the featured image as showed in picture. I tried dozens of sizes and searched your foruns for an answer but ther eis allways this space in background. what should i do? You already could not open an image that is there, then made a question that was already in my text and asked me to try a size that does not work.

VictoriaVictoria, i am very angry with this support. This is a very simple issue, and you are not answering my questions. I already tried those sizes and those are not the size that Jordan told me. Seems to me you are guessing and trying to get rid of the problem. Next time i come here and i do not have an answer that leads to the solution, i will have to start complaining in your selling pages.

Sorry for the confusion.
Default size for the image is 710x375px. If you would like to change it, please try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change themagazineimage size (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.Best regards,

Could you please use the plugin i mentioned in my previous post and set “magazine” image sizes to 875x375px and regenerate thumbnails?
Magazine image size is 710x375px by default as i mentioned however that image size is small for your layout due to width of your containers. Simply adjusting image size and regenerating thumbnails would help.
I understand if you would not like to share your details, however if you would like us to do it for you, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately and we will gladly correct it for you :)

the video shows that i placed a image of 710 / 375 px witch is the default size, so the answer must not be simple change the image size to 875 x 375. I do not know how to re-generate tumbnails and chaning image sizes is simple not affecting the size in the area that i showed.
I do not want you to correct it for me because this is a procedure that i will have to do lots of times.

To correct it, please try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the magazine image size (increase its width / height).
