Hello,
I am trying to find the Item Purchase Code so I can submit a support ticket for the Enfold Theme. I am not the original creator of the website, so I did not purchase/download the theme. Is there any other way to find the code, or get support, without being the person who originally downloaded the theme?

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

I was unsuccessful in getting the purchase code information from the previous web developer, so we have purchased the theme again. I have created an account and given my purchase code. Do I send you the support question I have in this chain? Or do I need to start a new one? I am having formatting issues with pages on my website (using the Enfold theme). The page format seems to work on some pages and not others, and that changes each time I check the website. I have looked into the WP admin side and everything looks fine with no obvious errors. Once I check the page again, then the formatting is correct. It is very odd and inconsistent, which is making it hard to pinpoint the problem. Please see the images in the Private Content to see what I am referring to.

I have looked at your site and found no errors like your screenshot, I know you said the error changes from page to page, so perhaps try to update manually via FTP: https://vimeo.com/67209750 with your fresh copy of the theme.
*I recommend backing up with: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
Also try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.Please login to support with your new account and create a new thread, and please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.
