    Hi There – I recently bought the LayerSlider WP plugin via EnvatoMarket. I’m trying to register at the Kriesi.at support forum but the registration procedure does not accept my Item Purchase Code. I’m a bit confused about the relationship between all the different entities – Themeforest, EnvatoMarket, Kreatura, Kriesi. Which support forum should I be on and how do I register?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Have you purchased an Enfold license as well? If so, you can simply refer to this screenshot – http://kriesi.at/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/registration_steps.jpg and find your purchase code to register to our forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/

    License you attached is a LayerSlider license, which you can use to register to their support forum :)

    Aha – I hadn’t appreciated that the LayerSlider plugin was also integrated into various third party themes, so when I searched for help I ended up on your site even though I don’t have the Enfold license…
