Hello, I have a problem with an Enfold project. In the resolution 1980 × 1080, it will display the page as I would like it to have. But when i change the resolution or see the page on a device with smaller resolution everything change. Can you help me? Best regards ChristianJune 29, 2017 at 6:01 pm #814616Hey Christian,
Thanks for contacting us!
Please go to Enfold theme options > General Layout > Dimensions and uncheck “Responsive Site” :)

July 5, 2017 at 3:57 am #816568Hi,
Thank you for the update.
I checked the site and it’s still set to “responsive”. Please disable the responsive option so that we can see the issue. Could you please provide another screenshot that better describe the issue? I can’t quite understand the issue by looking at the screenshot above.
Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 5, 2017 at 9:48 am #816669Hello Ismael, thanks for the answer. The responsive mode is now disable. The Problem is with the resolution of 1980x1080px everything loks good. When I go to for example resolution of 1280×720 the size of the image change etc. When i disable the responsive mode many things in the site change the size etc. and it loks bad. So what has to be narrowed so that the page looks the same in the resolutions 1980×1080 and 1280×720, for example. On the mobile phone everything is good in responsive mode.
Best regards, Christian
July 10, 2017 at 3:39 am #818510Hi,
The columns look the same even if the responsive option is enabled. Are you expecting the image to have the same height as the column with the text? This is possible but the images will be distorted. Please remove the image element then apply it as the column’s background instead.

IsmaelJuly 10, 2017 at 9:08 am #818603Hi, Yes the picture, the galleries, etc. should have the same height as the column with the text.
But this I have with a resolution of 1980×1080 px. – In responsive mode – But as described, in smaller resolutions the view does not count down cleanly. This is the main problem :-(
In the new picture you can also see how the titles jump out of the frame.
Best regards, Christian
July 11, 2017 at 10:26 am #819209Hi,
I’m sorry but you can’t expect the images to have the same height as the content unless you want to distort their aspect ratio. One workaround is to remove the image element then apply the image as the column background.

IsmaelJuly 11, 2017 at 10:54 am #819225Hi, well then I must probably take it so. But how can i solve the problem with the title? :-(
Thanks and best regards,
ChristianJuly 12, 2017 at 5:47 am #819792Hi,
Are you referring to the following issue?
Please add the following css code in the Quick CSS field.
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, .avia_iconbox_title { word-break: break-all; }
Best regards,
Ismael -
