Hi there,
The image sliders (easy slider, full screen slider), number animations, testimonial slider and google maps on my homepage, do not show on my mobile phone (iPhone 6). In my Chrome inspector when I toggle between devices, everything is allright but when I go to my phone, nothing works.
Now, I did everything you always ask, test it in a new theme, deactivate all plugins, etc etc. but still, nothing works on mobile devices.
Can you please take a look at it? Try it on your mobile phone (or tablet, the problem is over there to).
Enfold is a great, flexibel theme you know. I’ve never had this problem before.

June 29, 2017 at 9:40 am #814287Hey demaart,
This looks like something with .htaccess where mobile devices are not allowed to access media in the /wp-content/uploads/ folder. And there is an error with fonts, did you add the fonts folder to your child theme?
Best regards,
VictoriaJuly 2, 2017 at 10:22 pm #815623Hi Victoria!
Thank you for your quick response. Yes I did add the fonts folder to the child theme (see private section). Is this htaccess problem something I have to check with the Hosting provider? Perhaps they block everything out of security reasons?. Strange thing is that I can’t find any htaccess file in the root of my WordPress.July 3, 2017 at 5:54 am #815737Hi,
If you can’t find it in the WordPress root folder then I would suggest that you contact your hosting provider about the problem, they should be able to check it for you and change it if there is a problem with it.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 18, 2017 at 9:29 pm #865913Hi Enfold support team,
I’ve contacted the provider and they checked the log for errors in the code or errors on their server. They say nothing is wrong. They also say they are not blocking any kind of connection to the upload folder or any kind of folder and this has nothing to do with the htaccess file. Still, the sliders on my website are not showing any kind of content, images and text on all mobile devices, phone and tablet. I really think it’s some kind of javascript that is not working correctly. Can you please take a look?
October 19, 2017 at 9:54 pm #866478Hi demaart,
We haven’t heard from you for a while :) I checked, the slider on the front page is working. What other page do you need us to check?
Best regards,
VictoriaOctober 19, 2017 at 11:04 pm #866511Hi Victoria,
I know the sliders are working, on my laptop that is. When I go the the website in my iPhone 6 or iPad2 no images or text are showing in those sliders, I just look at empty frames.

October 23, 2017 at 3:43 am #867417Hi,
How did you modify the Easy Slider? It doesn’t inherit the width and height of the parent cell by default.

IsmaelOctober 24, 2017 at 5:03 pm #868284Hi Ismael,
It has nothing to do with my modified css or something. I tested it with no custom css at all (I deleted it for a second, cleared cache etc) and the sliders still didn’t pick up any content, it’s not only the easy slider but also the slider I used for testimonials and also the number counting and WP Google maps plugin. On some pages even some images aren’t showing.
If you compare the homepage on the desktop version and the version on your (physical, not an inspector) mobile phone you wil see the difference.
I also tried a fresh enfold install with ftp, deleted all plugins and custom css. Nothing worked.

October 25, 2017 at 4:55 am #868528October 25, 2017 at 9:11 am #868610Well I did the title, content and button with css. Also the caption it self:
#homepage-slideshow .avia-caption {
top: 177px;
left: 80px;
right: 30%;
}
I did not change anything else.October 26, 2017 at 9:21 am #869142Also, when I put in a new easy slider, just random in the page, in a section, cell or directly on the page it doesn’t work.
October 27, 2017 at 7:52 am #869432Hi,
I would like to edit the page but the advance layout builder is not loading. Please upgrade to version 4.2.
