Hi all,
Been trying to sort out an error that appears on iPad. The menu does not seem to scroll. unfortunately don’t use an IPad, so been battling a bit resolving it. it is for the website, http://www.vukafloors.co.za. . Could someone please helpJune 27, 2017 at 11:18 pm #813630Hey cindz,

The problem exists on Apple devices with the Safari browser. So far i have tested on an Ipad 2, iphone 6 and iphone 7 and keep getting the same problem.
The problem is that only on the home/landing page (www.vukafloors.co.za) the menu does not scroll. For example if you open the menu and select the Products menu option which has many categories and the menu now stretches below the screen you can not scroll/slide the menu. For all other pages on the website the menu scroll does work which is odd.
We have tried phone simulator websites which suggest it works but in reality on the actual Apple devices tested as above it does not.
Please assist.

It is not scrolling only on the main pages, other pages seem to work fine. Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
.home #wrap_all { overflow: hidden !important; }

On my device it still does not work and I went to settings safari and cleared internet history. I even tried rebooting the phone too. I then tried an iphone 5 and had the same thing happen.
I have asked friends to test it on their iphones or apple devices and they don’t have any problem so your fix has worked for some devices. I just cant figure out why not on the 2 devices I have tested. Any ideas?

There are several changes to the new version which can change the appearance of your site, maybe you could copy your site to a staging area and perform the updates there first? You could also try to analyse the site using a visual regression tool before and after updates, but that might be a bit advanced.

If i moved the theme to a backup folder in the themes folder , ie enfold-backup, and upload the new to a folder named enfold, would i be able to rename to get back to how it was before the update, if it fails?
