"Child Theme" does not display Avia Builder

Have a problem where the Avia Builder’s toolbar is missing. Checked and deactivated plugins, but no success. Theme is up to date. I then activated the original Enfold theme and deactivated the Child Theme which worked. Please can you assist as the child them already has all the setting stored and don’t want to recreate it due to faulty child theme.
