    Hi, from some days i have problem on my site, after when i have modified my pages and i updated it, the content disappared and i lost all my work, i have the last version of theme and wordpress.

    Hi I saw your page and I tried to update it and it works fine, on my page I used a template to create the layout, you can see this page and try to modify it and Republish it, so the error should be reproduced.

    I have tested it and it’s weird why it’s acting that way. Can you give us ftp access also? maybe turning debug on might help us.

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing the ftp access, however with the debugging on there’s still no clue what’s causing the issue, can you try to update it to the latest version (4.0.7), hope it fixes the issue.

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    I have already done this but it does not change anything, the problem in my opinion is in the templates that I save to rebuild the layout of the page quickly, if I use those on a page, I see the error if I create a new page and reproduce it without using templates page works. Save templates when you have complex pages is convenient, can you do something to solve?

    Hi!

    I have the same problem. I made a page, portfolio entrie or a blog post and when I have modified it with avia layout builder and updated, the content dissapeard. The first modifie, and the second and etc. was correct but then this error happend. I try everything to solve this problem. I reinstall wordpress, reinstall enfold, rebuilt all the page, try with plugins and without plugins. The problem is the same. Please help me! This problem has been going on for weeks. We wuold like to use this page but now we can’t.

    @Danimo88    : Are you adding html codes in the page? Please make sure that you all tags are closed properly. If possible, please create your own post. We’ll check the issue there.
