I don not know how can happen when I save the form this is the code that I see in debug mode

I have the same form (FORM OK) but in a contact page it’s OK in other page do not save changes and it is setup different…

I made a test page, when I just copied the code to the page the form did not show on the website, just in the dashboard, when I put the form in 1/1 element, the form appeared on the page. You can look at the test page and delete it later. So it should work like that. Which page do you need to add the form to?

This happen after CloudFlare activation. Now CloudFlare on this domain is disable but issue do not fix
