Hi I am using ENFOLD Version: 4.0.7 and WPML last version ,
When I try to change contact form title or submit button , it shows in frontend whatever I saved in backend , but when I reopen contact form in backend it does not show my previously saved values.
When I cloned the page in which contact form is not working, the cloned one start working ,
When I created a new page and added there contact form it also worked as expected.
I want to know the reason why it is not always working , and can I have 2 contact forms in one page ?
take a look at pic http://prntscr.com/fmqf0r
What can I do to solve that ?

    Hey palostacho,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? And specify the pages with the form please :)

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

If it happens to the old version, we can not be sure what it can be.
a Tag left open, a revision cracked, anything.

As long as it works on the new page, just keep going :)

    Hi,
We deleted everything and built it from scratch. No configuration data is stored in the Contact Form Element. So I have no solution or workaround for that actually. We work with this page http://www.lucysecurity.com/demo .

Hi I am aware of that. But again: I configure the form in the editor. I publish it and I see my changes on the page. But when I go back to the page the my preliminary input is lost. Examples:

-Changing the Submit Button Label for example – my custom input is lost
-Or when I create a form element of the type “Select Element”. For example I can create a ‘Country selector’ field having the type “Select Element” but the next time I open the form in the editor, all countries are gone which I put in before.
-Or when I configure the field ‘What should happen once the form gets sent?’ and I choose “Redirect to another page” pointing to my “Thank you” page. I can change it appropriately it but the next time the form has again it’s standard configuration (Display a short message on the same page).

This is the kind of data I am talking about. It is a completely new page I created.

    Hi,

thank you for the detail review.
We are pushing the details to our developers so they can see where the problem is located and how we can get it fixed.

    Thank you for that.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
