    As of June 20th, our website’s menu no longer have columns and rows for our sub menu pages, and it looks like the CSS was completely stripped away as well. We attempted to make edits to our menu and noticed a glitch. Now, we can no longer check the option that the old version of Enfold used to offer (“This column start a new row”).

    We are currently using the Enfold theme and are experiencing no issues elsewhere on the website.

    Please advise. Website credentials in private content. Thank you.

    I’m not sure I understand, I looked at your sub-menu, but it looks fine to me. Please see in Private Content area and advise.

    Hi Mike,
    That was because I had to change the menu.

    Originally, it had 3 rows and 3 columns under “Internships Abroad”, but as of at least 24 hours ago, they had disappeared.
    When I went into the back end of our WordPress site to edit the menu (Appearance –> Menu), the feature that used to be there (“This column start a new row”) was no longer available. Creating a mega menu is also not available.

    We have not made a recent update of Enfold, and our backups will not help either.

    Update:
    I was able to make edits to the menu and create a mega menu with columns and rows.

    However, in the middle of making edits, the “Mega Menu” option disappeared in the back end again.

    Hi,
    Perhaps there is a conflict, try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    Hi Mike,
    We disabled the plugin and reactivated it. The menu still had issues.
    I went as far as building a new one from scratch. When I did that, the mega menu was available.
    However, once I saved the menu and tried to replace the old one, the mega menu disappeared again and made those pages a “sub menu”.

    Hello,

    If i may join this discussion, i have exactly the same problem but i don’t know neither since when nor after which change, if any (?). I suppose this issue showed up after plugins updates or perhaps after i installed two plugins: Duplicator an All-in-one WP Migration. In the mean time i removed those two plugins but the issue is still there.
    Summary:
    – On existing menu item: no option “Use as mega menu” and no “column” for sub-menus
    – On new (sub-)menu items: option “Use as mega menu” and “column” present but disappears when menu saved

    I don’t consider this as a major issue but changing the menu appearance might disturb the users of my site.
    There were no more activities on this topics since more than one year so i hope a solution can be found.
