Poor customer service Enfold Demo Install (Thread 809896)

Support/Customer Service reference Thread 809896 has been absolutely abysmal. While I have personally purchased this theme only 6 times, I have recommended your theme to tens of others. It is unfortunate that a failed demo install (that you probably could have readily assisted in resolving had you bothered to take a look into my account in a timely manner) would result in a lost customer and countless lost referrals. Site link and login credentials were provided with the very first request. SMH

It is regretful that final resolution for me is to use another product.
