    Hello, I’ve tried many times on both chrome and safari to buy the Enfold theme and it gives me an error. I’ve tried many different ways. ThemeForest just tells me to go to the help center. I can provide a screenshot. Can you please ping them about this? Quite annoying as there is no information on why it generates error. Sometimes I go as far as placing credit card information in.

    Okay, after being resolved on ThemeForests’s side, I bought and downloaded the Enfold theme. However, then I try to upload the theme to WordPress it tells me there is an error and that it is missing CSS Stylesheets. The error literally reads: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme install failed. Can you please advise?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, your problem sounds like something wasn’t uploaded properly. Could you try to delete the theme and try to upload again? You could also try to upload the files manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
