Hi,
the text editor for all the object with a test not work…
I’ve upgrade three days ago the WordPress version at the version 4.8 but i don’t say if i’ve the problem only after the upgrade.
The enfold version is the last: 4.0.7The problem is that:
when i create a new text field, i don’t say the text as is write blank on blank, but don’t see nothing of the option for write.
But the text is there, because if i select the text, is possible to see it.
If i save the page, i can see the correct info on the site, but for editing the text, there are not all the tool panel and isn’t also possible to change the color of the text…
i try to resolve this issue, but not work:
– disable all plugin
– disable and after enable the avanzate editor in the profile user
– create a new user administrator
– reinstall wordpressIs i disable the editor in the user, i can see in the correct mode the text, because i think is a problem of enfold theme…
i try all and see more posts in the forum, but i’ve not resolve the issue…

you can see the problem inside the page…
if you see the page “Racconti di viaggio” you can see that in the text field, you can see the text and the tool panel…
i control the only post that you’ve saw and actually the problem is not there.Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that, I get the same problem as you are describing. I’m also seeing a lot of error messages on the page, though I’m not sure what is causing them. Just to make sure, could you deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

Thanks for the feedback. Could you try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy the shortcode of the problem page to a new page please?

but i follow your guide and now isn’t possible go to the site…
you can see, that is impossible to go in http://www.tipintravel.comi resolve it, now is possible the access in the site.
i’ve write the code in the functions.php, and then i create a new page with the short code in the new visibile box.i see that if i create a new page, the editor text is right and there’re all functions, but for the old pages, the problem is the same…
a possible solution is create a new page and modify it, but if i’ve a page with more contents and appears the problem, isn’t possible to copy all in a new page…

You can take the shortcodes code and paste it on the new page and see if the issue is still there.

What I meant was that you can make the same page, like a copy of it, just copy codes from it to a new page and see if those will work.

if i create a new pagee the issue is gone, but if i go on the old page, the problem still here…
in the new page the text editor is ok, but in the old pages with the problem, still here and the text editor there isn’t….
i want know if the issue is resolved or is a open case.Thanks

but i don’t know how i can take the logs from my server.
I’ve not accesso to the log files, is an aruba hosting.
