Hi. Having trouble getting my website via wordpress to upload enfold.
It appears to upload from the zip file then when says 100% completed after a few secs a failed notice comes up and try again. How do i fix this. Getting very frustrated as very little help coming from envato or wordpress when contacted other than automated replies.
Many thanks.
June 15, 2017 at 1:01 pm #808546Hey Mickeyboy000,
Did you unpack the zip file that you downloaded from Themeforest on your local machine first? The installable theme zip file should be located in that package.
Best regards,
RikardJune 15, 2017 at 1:46 pm #808559I’ve tried and tried. I’m getting what you mean. The folder opens with all these files but when I go to upload it it won’t let me give it a file name to upload. I’m most probably confusing you, but it’s very frustrating. I know the file is there, just can’t get it into a form to upload it seems. Suggestions??
June 15, 2017 at 1:54 pm #808568This is exactly what’s happening in sequence if this helps:
1/ In WordPress dashboard in Appearance – themes:
Choose file – Enfold2017.zip – Install now
2/ Then installs to 100%:
3/ Message comes up: waiting for http://www.rubysprayz.com.au
4/ Message in box comes up:
Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again later.
June 16, 2017 at 5:17 am #808804Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, usually that happens because there is an invalid session or cookie on the site. Could you try clearing the browser cache and cookies from your browser? You could also try another browser.
If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look. If you could upload the file you are using to a service like dropbox or google drive as well then we could try it out ourselves.
Best regards,
RikardJune 17, 2017 at 7:19 am #809199Details in private.
June 18, 2017 at 6:00 am #809451Hi,
The URL you posted doesn’t work, I’m guessing you have a typo in there somewhere?

June 19, 2017 at 4:35 am #809630Hi,
Thanks for that, I got in now. Could you upload the package you are using to dropbox or google drive so that we can try to install the theme for you please?
Best regards,
RikardJune 19, 2017 at 7:22 am #809672Howdy. Sorry, but what’s the dropbox link I download too? or how do I do that for you to access?
Cheers.
June 19, 2017 at 1:35 pm #809760Hi,
You need an account first at either service, then after you have uploaded it you will get an option to share it. For instance “any one can download who has the link” would be a good option. Not sure that’s the exact wording but I think you will see the correct option to share it :-)

RikardJune 22, 2017 at 10:14 am #811422Hey there. Any luck with trying to download the theme? Cheers.
June 22, 2017 at 2:04 pm #811526Hi,
Sorry but I’m not sure if I’m following you, did you post a link to it? If so I can’t see anything in the thread, could you try posting it again please?
Best regards,
RikardJune 22, 2017 at 2:53 pm #811567Hi. Please find link via Google Drive.
June 23, 2017 at 4:51 am #811938Hi,
Thanks for that. That is not the correct package if you want to install the theme, though I tried installing my copy on your site but I get the same error message that you are getting. Could you contact your hosting provider to ask them to increase the max_execution_time limit on your server maybe? Since you have waited a long time to get this fixed it might be better if you just sent us FTP details to your server in private so that we can upload the theme for you, would that be ok?
Best regards,
RikardJune 23, 2017 at 8:31 am #812000Hi there. What do you mean by sending FTP details?
Excuse my ignorance, but what is this and where/how do I find it?
Do I still contact my host provider?
Cheers.
June 23, 2017 at 9:00 am #812006I saw this in my downloads. Is this the theme?
Cheers,
June 23, 2017 at 1:12 pm #812099Hi,
Yes, that looks like the correct file. I tried to install it but I got the same message as you initially reported again, so we will have to install it via FTP. If you don’t know what FTP details are or how to get them then you can get them from your hosting provider. They might be available to your in the admin interface with your host as well.

SarahJune 28, 2017 at 11:58 pm #814149Just one quick one – I have a video instruction on how to use enfold, build a website etc. Do you know of any comprehensive manual/s available online as a resource?
Cheers
* I think we’re pretty well done and all good to close the thread.
