    Hello,

I noticed that when the WooCommerce plugin is active, I cannot EDIT any page. The content of the page in the Edit mode just keeps loading and loading. When I deactivate the WooCommerce, I can edit all pages without a problem again. I tried in different browsers, and updated WooCommerce, but its not helping.

    I hope you can help!

    Hey iveeelinaaa,

Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.7) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,

    Hi Rikard,

Thanks for your suggestion. I updated the theme, but that doesn’t seem to resolve the issue…
I am trying to think back and I believe that since I installed WooCommerce, I couldn’t Edit pages – its not that they just stopped working. So when I noticed that, I just deactivated it so I could continue working on my site, but now I really need to have that working as well.
I tried to delete WooCommerce and instal it again, but without much success.

Is there anything else that I could do to get it working?

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. Did you try disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce? If that doesn’t work, do we have permission to deactivate plugins for debugging purposes?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion, at first I thought it worked..So I disabled all plugins, like you suggested (the Ninja form was the only one active) and I activated again WooCommerce. Right after that when I clicked on Page Edit, the pages loaded!!! In the coming two hours of working, however I noticed that Update button was often deactivated and I had to reload the page. After editting 4-5 things, the Update button would be deactivated again and I would loose all the changes. So I went back to the plugins, and disabled WooCommerce- the Update button start working fine again.

So in summary, when the WooCommerce is active, my Pages either dont load, or the Update button on them doesnt work properly. If you could please have a look, I would be very greatful. You can deactivate plugins for debugging purposes.
    Thank you in advance,

    Ivelina

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, though I can’t see anything obviously wrong with your installation. Do you know what memory limit you have on the site? If it’s lower than 256mb then try to increase it a bit: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that if you don’t know how to do it.

    Hello,

Thanks for your response! I just spent an hour with my hosting provider checking what could be going wrong. I have enough memory limit- more than 500 mb. I also checked to make sure that I have the latest version of WP, and installed the plugin again…and I still have the same issue.

Could you please login in my account and check what could be possibly going wrong? I feel trapped and unable to progress. Or do I need to get in touch with WooCommerce?

Looking forward to hearing from you,

    Hi iveeelinaaa,

Which php are you running? Could you turn on debug into log (https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/), activate WooCommerce and try to work on that page, then send the log to us.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
