    Hello Community,
    lately I have been having issues with editing my “home” page which has not been a problem before. I have updated to the newest WP version 4.8 and tried deactivating all plugins that are active.

    The problem I have is that my changes that I add to the home page are not saved, bur rather deleted. This applies to the front- and the back end. Let me make an example. I go to the home page and want add one “color section” with 3x 1/3 boxes. Here I want to showcase my services. After finishing the elements with text and a large icon box I go to save. What happens next is that my changes are deleted. They are not visible in the back end nor in the front end anymore.

    Hi Simon,

    First off, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Please try changing it to this instead:

    Hi Rickard and thanks for your answer. Ι closed the markup but the problem remains.
    If I try to overwrite the theme files from the beginning will I loose all the work I have done?

    Hi,

    You shouldn’t have to overwrite the theme files, it wouldn’t affect your content anyway. I can see that you have added a lot of content to the page after I checked it earlier. What exactly is the problem now?

    Hello again. I don’t know how but it seems that the problem is overcomed by itself !!(weird) until know it hasn’t occured again
