I have it turned on in the settings for 3 seconds, but it’s not working.
Please help.
Thanks,
Cameron

Can you post a link to your site? especially the page mentioned, so we can take a closer look.

If you disable the videos on the page (or add the slider to a blank page) is it still slow? This could help rule out a script bottleneck. Also, please provide admin info so we can log in and look into this further.

Sorry, how do I share my login with you without others seeing it? I haven’t done this in a while.

June 14, 2017 at 11:37 pm #808302Hi,
Thanks, I am not seeing a delay in the slider at all on my side. I will try and record a screencap.

June 22, 2017 at 8:48 pm #811818Hi,
And what it should do?
Cut the videos in midle?
The videos should play, that is why they are been used in first placeBest regards,
BasilisJune 22, 2017 at 10:02 pm #811839I don’t want them to just play, but be showcased in a rotation and have people play which ones they want. I’ve seen it on other sites.
I figured it out. Looks like the auto-rotate duration for the video easy slider is only for the video images on mobile devices, not desktops. Hence it says in the description “Images will be shown the selected amount of seconds”
This is possible with mobile devices. Is there a way to do it on the desktop? I just want the thumbnails of the videos to rotate, then people can play which ones they want as they rotate.

June 25, 2017 at 1:56 pm #812672Hi Cameron,
I think it’s possible for mobile, because it might take a while to load the whole video on mobile connection, and since on desktop you kind of have different connection speed you can view the whole video, since the intention was to show it all, otherwise, one would make the short videos.
Best regards,
