    When I put in to show 12 items, only 9 product items are showed. When I put in to show 20 items, 12 items are showed.
    What is the problem? Can you help me.

    Hey,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    There’s a login prompt (.htaccess) before coming being able to see the login page, could you post those details in private as well please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I see the same problem on my end. Are you sure you have enough products in the categories you have chosen to fill the 18 posts that you have selected?

    Also, you have two versions of the theme on the site, could you try to delete the old one that you are not using?

    Hi Rikard,

    As you can see, now there are 12 showned items (with 18 selected).
    When you select 12, only 11 are loaded.
    I delete the extra theme files.

    Hi,
    On the homepage of dev.outdoornl.nl, you will see “11” product items loaded, while I set the number “12” on the product grid editor.
    The selected categorie is: “uitgelicht” that I put into the settings of the product grid element.
