    My website is down and I can’t even access the WP-AMIN page. My hosting service said it is an issue with the theme. Can you help me?

    Sure, we will try to help you with the issue you are having, can you provide us both ftp and temporary admin access? just post the details in Private Content so it will only be visible for the moderators.

    Not sure how to give admin access without access to the WP admin page. The other credentials have been added to the private section.

    class-form-generator.php seems to be broken. I am currently overwriting the theme files via FTP. We will keep you updated.
