    The widget is not displaying any Facebook information on any of our sites that we are using it on (below are two)

    Hi!

    It seems like cause of the issue is settings on your Facebook page. I tried adding Kriesi.at’s FB link for testing and it worked fine.
    I am able to see Kriesi.at’s FB page in incognito mode when i go to link directly however that is not the case on your page. Please check page settings on FB :)

    When we put in Kriesi.at’s FB page on both our PC or our Mac using different browsers we still show the same issue… No Display!
    We have checked our FB pages (this is on multiple sites) and it has nothing to do with FB pages.

    So the mystery goes on and on……………………….

    Anyone else out there having any issues with FB Widget Connection please respond… Thanks

    Hey!

    Are you adding the link as following – https://www.facebook.com/kriesi.at/? You can check out the screenshot i attached in private content field in my previous post. It was taken on your site :)

    To see the difference, please open incognito window on your browser (or open a different browser where you are not logged into FB) and paste both https://www.facebook.com/kriesi.at/ link and your own FB link. You will notice that FB will ask you to login on your link and it will display https://www.facebook.com/kriesi.at/ FB page just fine, without asking to login. It definitely seems like FB settings related issue

    Hey Thanks, we were able to replicate that your page works and their page does not… we have this going on with another page as well and will have to find where FB is blocking these pages from showing… cannot see where in the page setting anything is any different!

    Hey!

    I checked older threads and found two more things you can check/try
    1- Please try adding your link with http:// instead of https://
    2- Page may not be approved by Facebook yet. If that is the case, you would need to wait until they do

    Tried that… did not work. Just built a image with link as a temp workaround for now.

    Glad you found a temporary workaround for now Avery!
    If Kriesi.at link did not work, we would have more information but for now it only seems like it has something to do with the page itself, therefore, i am out of ideas.

    Could you please at least provide an answer to my request:
    What are the settings on https://www.facebook.com/kriesi.at
    Are they different than standard default for a FB Business Page?

    Your URL Works but We can’t get any others to work… is it in your code? We are desperate!

    Just an update:
    We stated that we were having this FB widget issue on all of our client sites… well, we do have one where the widget is working
    Here is the URL is view: https://closetsutah.com/home-organization-ideas/

    It seems that possibly it might be in the different theme skins and our process and FB pages are all the same in setup

    Hi,

    I tried another facebook page and it is working. Did you set an age or country restriction? Please login to the account the click Settings. Look for the General > Country Restrictions and Age Restrictions.

    We changes the setting (Age Restrictions to 13+) and it now works. We had them on 17+
