    Hello,
    In my Enfold Theme Footer Options I have defined: “© Copyright – NNN 2017 [nolink]” in the Copyright field. However, the live site shows a link on the “© Copyright – NNN 2017” text for a URL that is specified in my Footer Widget. For some reason it is taking that URL from the widget and assigning it to the Copyright text.

    Is there a way that I can fix this so that the Copyright text does not show this Hyperlink?

    Is the link text properly closed? Please provide a link to the admin area so we can log in and take a further look into this.

    Yes, this is the closing tag of the a element in html:
