woocommerce variation image

hello support
actually, there is a problem with images of product variation:
if i put a main image for my product, product images of variations doesn’t work, if i don’t put product main image, product image of variaton works.
i need to put a main image because it’s the main display of my product, i can’t let it blank.

i have also a problem with image product variation : there no lightbox on the image like on single product or main image of a prudct with variation.
i hope you can help me to fix this :)

i’ve tryied to swtich with the default wordpress theme, (twenty seventeen /twenty sixteen) and all works well ! (image changes on variation on https://dev.brin-de-fil.com/produit/fil-moco-uni/) i have a zoom function and a popup when i click on the magnifying glass.

-> multicolore : no main image, but variation works but there is no lightbox or pop to see the product in 800×800
-> uni : main image with lightbox to see the product in 800×800 , but variation doesn’t works :-(
