I have the content form setup but whenever I send any test messages I don’t receive anything. Are there particular settings I’m suppose to configure to get this working properly?

Hey kdesouky,
If you have the correct recipient email set-up, then this could be a possible hosting issue. If you use a hosting service, I would recommend you contact their support as well and let them know the issue.

Within the contact form element options itself. It should ask where you would like the emails to be sent.

I did just that and the correct email is setup in the contact form. However, I just went into my inbox in gmail and found all the emails that were sent through the Contact form located in the SENT MAIL inbox, which is so weird. If someone sends me a messages through the contact form on the website, the message instead of coming into my gmail inbox, it ends up in the Sent Mail inbox. Do you know what I need to do to fix this?

Hi,
Again, this can possibly be a hosting/server issue. I would contact whoever manages the hosting and server for their input on this first. Enfold basically just provides the front end for collecting the data.
