Almost every time I make an edit to a page on our site it kicks me to page not found. I also encounter long load times in the editor.

Console says load-scripts.php is getting ERR_empty_response. I have a screenshot of console that I can send.

    Hi,

I have tested it but I don’t experience the issue and the console doesn’t have any errors. You can see in the revision that I updated it few times (added a text block and removed it). Screenshot in private content to show how it looks when I checked it.

Please review the video in the private link. Note I even tried making a new page and it is happening w/ that content.

    Hi,

Hmmm, I’m not sure why it’s not working on your end, I have saved it as a template, then created a new page called Demo (link in private content), I modified the content just below the fullscreen slider and prepended this text Edited: then after that text block I added a new text block and I added the words: Added Content, updated the page and didn’t have any issues. I’m using windows 10 and google chrome when I edit your site. Can you try to clear your browser cache, that might help fix the issue.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

Can you try to trash the page that has issue, and replace it with the demo page I created just modify the title, link, remove the extra content I added, set the parent page to physical theraphy and add contents you want to add. I have experience having some weird pages not working properly but when replaced with another page with same content, it just works fine. Hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Did that and still have the same issue, rebuilt the page from scratch. Link in private

    Hi,

I have tried to modify it again, I have added the title on top of the first content and it works properly on my end. I tried another device and different browser but still I couldn’t experience the same issue. I’ll try to ask my teammates to check this.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Any update?

    Hey!

I can’t reproduce the issue either. Did you test this on another computer or browser?

    Cheers!

Yes, this is happening on all browsers to anyone who edits the site. There is a page in draft called “RTC Page”. I just edited the top section of that page and the same thing happens.

Here is a video of it happening in firefox

    Hi mnydish,

I was able today to edit the RTC page, there were no errors, the changes saved. It worked pretty fast. Which php are you running?
