    Hi,

    wordpress: 4.7.5
    enfold: 4.0.7

    On most of the page the site hang and the page is never showned.

    I tryed:
    – deactivate all plugins -> still have the problem
    – activate another theme -> fixed, no more problems

    So can you help me to fix this issue ? where to go from there ?

    Hey mathieuelie,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    I tried logging in with the credentials you provided however it says both username and email are invalid. Can you please check them once again? :)
