    Hi all,

    I’m unable to select between the slides/press any buttons when on the Layer Slider editor. Also seem to have lost multiple slides? Is this something to do with the updates?

    I’ve just updated to the latest version of Enfold but the problem was occurring before the update and still persists now post update?

    Is anyone else having this problem?

    Thanks for your quick response!

    Please login to the website using the details in the private section, go to the dashboard and select “Layer Slider WP” from the side bar. Then select the slider called “Enfold – most beautiful theme ever”. When I try and select different slides the URL just adds a “#”. The same happens when I try and click any of the tabs/buttons on the slider editor.

    It also doesn’t work when I try and save the slider.

    Hi MinstrelExeter,

    You cannot edit the slides because there are errors in the Layer Slider javascript files. I think they are due to the missing slides.
    I think it’s better to create a new slider. Do you remember when did the slides go missing? Any updates?

    Hi Victoria,

    Sorry to be a pain and re open this ticket, but I was just creating a new slider again. When saving it, it froze and timed out. It then gave an error message and refreshed the page. When this happened it deleted my entire slider. I had saved it frequently as a precaution but it wiped the entire slider with no trace of any of the work I had done over the past few days.

    Obviously I can’t keep wasting time creating this if it just deletes itself or crashes.

    Is there anything you can do to help?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Looks like you managed to complete a layer slider called “R&D Machinery 1”. Are the issues still happening? I also created another slide without experiencing the issues mentioned above. (see private field)
