    Hi,
    I’ve found an old entry to this topic but hope there is an update available.

    I’m using Ajax Portfolio with Sort Options. So I’d like to link directly to a Sort Category (not to a new Page / Portfolio Catgeory as done now) with the same functionality using the Sort Buttom above the Portfolio.

    How can create a direct link to sort for category on this page:

    Patient-Redesign-04-03

    Here I want to put hotspots on the men above and filter with this links.

    The only other answer I found on this was this:

    Sorry, this is not possible. The sorting/filter function uses javascript to hide/unhide the items whereas the category/archive views are generated by wordpress queries. A link would require two steps ( 1. Portfolio page load, 2. automatical JS sorting after page load based on parameters ) and this isn’t supported by the js function.
