    I just bought the Theme in order to create a new website for our company. I have to say that im totally disappointed about the theme – nothting is working, I cant even open a support ticket here although I registered an account with my purchase code ?

    As I installed the theme and demo data as well as layerslider demo ist not importing! Page have been imported but do not look like the one in the demo!?

    We have to get the project done over the weekend, could please somebody help me?

    At least I managed to import some demo content, but the page does not look like as we expected it : http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview

    Hi Martin,

    Page i attached in private content field is the main homepage of the demo. To me it looked like only LayerSlider is missing. If you do not mind posting WP admin logins here privately, we can look into it :)

    Of course this would be great. How should I pass the credentials to you ?

    If you pass me your email adress I would create an admin account for you.

    As mentioned already fastest support I’ve ever expierienced – great ! :)

    Hi Yigit,

    I just started to understand the theme ;).

    Looks like I can manage it on my own … just wasnt used to it …

    But could be if I need your support throughout the next days – cause it has a certain learning curve to me. Therefore I posted the credentials below …
    I will deactivate your account as soon the website is offically online.

    Hi Martin,

    Great! Once you figure out how theme works, i am pretty sure you will be able to create pages and posts very quickly, one of the best advantages of Enfold :)

    In case you have any other questions, you can start new threads under Enfold sub forum. It is always a good idea to attach temporary admin logins, links to pages and screenshots in private content field. That way we can make sure we understand you clearly and help as quick as we can. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and simply attach the links :)
