Before of all, you can try to disable all the plugins and check if there`s some problem.

Still doesn’t work after disabling plugins. How do I get this working??

Hi,

It should be working fine. I just enabled (checked) Lightbox Modal Window which can be found in Enfold > Theme Options. :)
