    Hi
    My developer originally set up my site and Ive absolutely no idea what any of this is. Evidently when my site was redone they went to Avada so when I was told to to renew and I managed to get into my account all I saw was the Envato Responsive multi purpose theme and bought that. I know Im in presale but Im used to getting support not a forum..can you guide me..I can find license key as I just blew by it getting here.

    For refund requests you would need to contact Envato support as purchase and download processes are managed by them.
